Returns and refund policy
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact me immediately so that I can arrange a replacement or refund. If possible, please take photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
Returns of non-commissioned pieces
Should you wish to return any purchase for any other reason, I am able to refund or replace an item if it is returned within 30 days in unused and resalable condition, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.
If you wish to return a purchase, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org with all relevant details as soon as possible to discuss whether you wish to have a replacement or alternatively provide details of your bank account so I can arrange a refund.
Returns of Commissioned pieces
I will send an image of the work for your approval before you are required to make any payment. As commissioned pieces are specific and unique to the purchaser I will only be able to refund in the event of the item being damaged on arrival.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Helen Riddle, 39 Marriott Grove, Sandal, Wakefield, West Yorkshire WF2 6RP, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds and exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a payment will be made to the bank details you have notified or alternatively by cheque, within a period of 14 days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but I will endeavour to send the replacement within 14 days by Royal Mail first class delivery.
